Loved staying here and would highly recommend

Great little hotel! We stayed in a suite which was sizable and had modern appliances. The roof top pool area was awesome! Everything is on our doorstep! The complimentary fruit basket was an unexpected treat. Couldn't fault anything!

Consider this is a lively neighborhood and can be noisy for some. Staying on the Collins Av side is quieter.

A Memorable Stay at Tony Hotel in the Heart of Miami SB, Embraced by Charm Despite Brief Challenges.

I finally found the time to share my review, better late than never! I had an excellent stay at the Tony Hotel in Miami South Beach. The management is highly competent and addresses any issues promptly! My decision to choose this hotel was influenced by positive reviews about their doorman, and I must say I wasn't disappointed. Domingo, you're a gem! Best greetings from your German bestie <3. Domingo is one of the kindest souls I encountered during my entire U.S. journey. The close proximity to the beach, complete with towels and chairs, is a significant plus. Bonus: The hotel lobby has a delightful fragrance!

As for suggestions for improvement: *The hotel's central location is excellent but comes with the drawback of significant noise from the surrounding area (music from other bars, loud cars, etc.). In an effort to combat this, the Tony Hotel increased its own music volume. However, this unintentional overstimulation of sounds and tones was quite disruptive for me. Perhaps creating a designated quiet area for guests could alleviate this issue. It was challenging to unwind at times, given the vibrant and stimulating atmosphere of Miami South Beach. *The smoking area, being close to the main street, felt unsafe for women as passing men did not always respect personal space, especially verbally. To address this, a solution like a tall fence or green plants reaching above head level could provide more privacy and separate the area from the lively sidewalk.

Cleanliness in room could have been much better, which is a shame because otherwise was very nice. Very dusty blinds and headboard. Floors in bathroom needed a much better clean than had been done and also room floor

The Hotel of South Beach was the exact boutique hotel we wanted for our girls weekend and exceeded our expectations in e

The property has a great vibe. it’s small with great decor and all the amenities you would want. it has a 50s-60s vibe but most things have been redone. the room was spacious with great storage. very comfortable. Rooftop pool was beautiful. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. it is in the heart of everything yet feels a little quieter and calmer than some other areas. you can walk to everything. Beach chairs they provide with towels were great.

Housekeeping was a little hit and miss. We would be out all day and they would not come or if they did come, they would not replenish the coffee and tea. But it didn’t matter. They were easy to find and gave us everything we needed quickly upon request.

All in all, good

The concierge, Michael, was exceptionally nice. He parked the car as we had some trouble with the other bays being blocked on the street and then he gave us a great rundown of where to see, eat, avoid etc. The location is fabulous, just off Ocean Drive and 8th and the pool is really nice with the rooftop bar. Our room was a bit dated but nicely designed in art-deco and was huge.

The only downsides were being told we had to stay in another block (as we'd booked a junior suite). This was no biggie as it was next door. But you couldn't go direct from the room to the pool for example. The biggest problem we had was the air con kicking in on the roof unit. We were top floor and it sounded like a helicopter was landing above us. The hotel provided earplugs which my partner had never seen before and did not know what they were for. She does now.

Great relaxing stay close to the beach and good quality restaurants.

Great central location. Roof top pool was well laid out with plenty of sun beds. Room was a good size with nice bathroom. Staff were excellent especially David who was very helpful.

Fantastic.

Jessie and Davi were rockstars. Unbeatable location and the bed was comfortable as hell. I even enjoyed the rainfall shower. Free flip flops and bathing robes came in handy too. If I ever make it back to MIA, I’ll definitely stay at The Hoter of South Beach!

Brilliant location, good facilities, good service

Location is fantastic for the beach and the Art Deco buildings of Ocean Drive, with its evening ‘show’ of impressive cars and party-goers and diners, rooftop pool with bar is a good size and well maintained, looks really nice. Staff were all smiley and helpful. Good size room and bed. Spacious, airy lobby and outdoors restaurant.

Could occasionally hear loud conversations in the room next door.
